  • This guarantee covers the quality of gold plated jewellery products.
  • The gold plating is of high quality and designed for long lasting shine.
  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, chemicals and sweat to maintain the plating and shine.
  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use and store in a dry place.
  • This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.
NOTE: This is a gold plated jewellery. It is not made of solid gold.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Raise a request within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, in original condition with all original packaging, tags & accessories.
  • A complete, continuous & uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • Proof of purchase/invoice is required.
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Keep away from water and moisture.

Plating wear due to normal use or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

Inspect your order immediately. Report with photos, uncut video & details. After verification, if eligible, we will arrange an exchange or resolution.

COLOUR VARIATION

Slight colour differences may occur due to screen resolution, display settings, photography, lighting or camera conditions. Such variations are not considered defects.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned product. If approved, amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

CANCELLATION

Ready-to-ship orders: Cancel only before shipping.
Custom orders: Cancel only before work begins.
Once shipped or work started, cancellation may not be possible.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We may refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Special Return Condition: Please note that cash refunds are not provided. Upon return, you will receive 50% of the product's value as an exchange value, which can only be used to purchase other 1-gram jewellery items from our store.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
